Chinese barbeque pork slices

Ingredients for Chinese barbeque pork slices

  • Fresh pork slices( around 2 to 3 pounds)

  • Ginger paste: one tablespoon

  • Garlic paste: one tablespoon

  • One small cup of chopped onions

  • Chinese salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Red chilly powder to taste

  • Soy sauce

  • Honey

  • Two tablespoons of sherry(dried)

  • Chinese spice powder

  • Freshly Chopped ginger and garlic

 

Steps to make barbeque pork slices

  1. First of all chop the ginger, garlic, and green onions finely with a chopping knife. On the other hand, cut the clean and fresh pork into slices and place them aside. Now take a big bowl and pour the ginger garlic paste, Chinese salt, soy sauce, honey, salt, Chinese spices, and sherry along with the sliced pork in it.

  2. Now follow the process of marinating and mix it well. Cover the lid properly and place it in a cool place say the refrigerator. You can place the marinated pork slices in the refrigerator one night before you want to cook them or if you have less time to prepare them then you can place them in the refrigerator for about two to three hours.

  3. Now when it is the time to cook the pork slices, just heat your over at about 400 degrees Fahrenheit. On the other hand, prepare your barbeque rank and when it is ready then place your pork slices on it to barbeque it. Put the marinated mixture on its side while cooking.

  4. Bake the pork slices for about 20 to 25 minutes to get the best result and tempting flavor. Now you can take it out on your dish. You can even make more small slices of barbeque pork for kids. Serve them hot with chilly garlic ketchup.
